Meet Gater! He is a 3 year old Gypsy Vanner Gelding located in Wyoming. Gater has been used on a ranch doing all ranch work for about a year now! He has been in the mountains checking cows, crossing creeks, down trees and in the steep rocks! He has also been down on the fields on the flat and will cross irrigation ditches and has been around all the farm equipment! Gater has spent the spring helping calve out heifers and has been dragging the calving sled as well as being roped off of. Gater has crossed live water as well as highways, bridges and been around a very busy highway. Gater is a family horse and is very mellow and calm. He can be ridden by someone who has ridden their whole life and be enjoyable as well for someone who hasn't ridden as much! He has had beginners on him with supervision he melts to any level of rider on him! Gater will pickup all of his feet and is easy to put shoes on if he needs. Gater has no health issues and is avaliable to a PPE at the cost of his potential buyer. Gater is the first to meet you at the gate and is ready to go with you where ever you go. He gets along great with any horse herd and is not afraid to leave them and go out on his own!
