Beth (goes by Franny) is a SWEET 11 year old Maltese that was released from a Breeder. After becoming familiar with her surroundings, she loves to be held (nervous with picking her up), snuggle up to you on a blanket near you, and may even follow you around. When laying next to you, she may get so comfortable she'll fall asleep and has the cutest snore ever!!! Beth is a bit shy at first, but her personality really comes out with other dogs. Age: 11 Breed: Maltese Weight: 6 lbs Kid-friendly: Yes Dogs: Great with dogs, loves following other dogs around. Cats: Unknown, but with slow introduction she may be fine. Crate trained: Yes, does great in her crate. Potty trained: Mostly potty trained, but can still have accidents, also uses potty pads at night in her gated area (if needed). Health concerns: Only has back molars, dry food is being watered down prior to feeding. Current medications & estimated costs: None Adoption fee: $375 As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation.
